These terms explain how purchases from GetVigorFit work and what you can expect when using our store.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract where you live, or have the required permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Products and product information
Our electric ring massager is offered for personal massage and relaxation. We do not promise weight loss, fat burning, body reshaping, or the treatment or prevention of any condition. Product content is not medical advice. Follow the instructions supplied for your exact device.
Product photographs, video, and illustrative motion help show the product and its appearance. Screen settings, lighting, and styling can affect the way a color appears. Illustrative animation is not a technical diagram, measurement, or proof of a particular result. The product description and included-items list for your order control what is supplied; styling props are not included unless stated.
Package dimensions describe the packaging and are not device measurements unless expressly identified as such. We aim to keep product information accurate. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we contact you to resolve it rather than substitute a different product without your agreement.
Prices, payments, and bundles
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and checkout. The checkout shows applicable taxes, shipping charges, and your total before you pay. A single offer contains one device; a duo offer contains two. The color combination shown in your cart is the combination you are ordering.
Promotions apply only under their stated terms. We do not apply a later price reduction retroactively unless we expressly offer to do so. Changes to a listed price do not change the price of an order we have already accepted.
Payment is processed using the method selected at checkout. We do not ask you to send full card details by email or contact form.
Order confirmation, acceptance, and cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. Acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch. We can decline or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorized, the delivery address is unsupported, or there is a credible concern about fraud or a material pricing error. If we have collected payment for an order we cannot fulfill, we notify you and issue a prompt refund.
For an address correction or cancellation request, contact us immediately with your order number. We will help where the order can still be changed or stopped. Orders already handed to a carrier are handled under our returns policy. Your rights concerning delayed or unfulfilled orders remain unchanged.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
Our shipping policy describes fulfillment, charges, tracking, and delivery issues. Our returns policy provides a 30-day request window from delivery, explains item condition and shipping costs, and describes refunds. These policies form part of these terms. Nothing in them removes mandatory consumer rights.
Using the website and submitting content
Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or submit fraudulent orders or reviews.
The GetVigorFit brand, site design, and original content belong to us or their respective owners. You may use the site to browse, make purchases, and retain information about your orders. Other use of protected content requires the relevant owner's permission or a legal right to use it.
Reviews must reflect an actual experience and should not contain another person's private information. If you submit a review for publication, you authorize us to display it with the public name you choose and to format it for the site without changing its meaning. We may remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or fraudulent submissions. Honest negative feedback is not removed simply because it is negative. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Third-party services and availability
Checkout, payment methods, carriers, and other services can be provided by third parties. Their applicable terms and privacy notices govern their own services. Links to external websites do not make us responsible for their content, and do not reduce our responsibilities for your purchase from us.
We maintain the store but cannot promise that it is always available without interruption or technical error. If a technical issue affects an order, contact us so we can resolve it.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described goods. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We can update these terms for future use and orders by posting a revised version with an updated date. The terms in effect when you placed an order continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from exercising any legal remedy available to you.
